Have you ever shopped the “Gluten Free” section of the grocery store? Have you ever flipped over the package and actually read the ingredients? Hydrolyzed vegetable protein, azodicarbonamide (the same chemical in yoga mats and shoe rubber), chemical dough conditioners, added sugars like dextrin, artificial flavorings and coloring, and GMO ingredients like corn and soy flours. Items at the grocery store in the center aisles must contain preservatives to last on the shelves which means that you are still eating ingredients that aren’t natural or in their original form.
Just because a food product is labeled as “gluten free” or “paleo” does not mean it is good for you.
But don’t worry! Just because you are grain free or believe in the paleo lifestyle does not mean you can never eat a wrap! We have the PERFECT gluten free solution AND it only takes 10 minutes with just a few ingredients! This gluten free spinach wrap is so easy!
